Forward-Thinking F-150 Tech Features

Your rides can be powered by a range of F-150 tech features. There’s a standard Rear View Camera, found in the center stack area, which is easy to access and control. Check this camera before you make that next move, so you know where your truck is moving and where the trailer is at all times.

The standard 8-inch LCD productivity screen, which can be upgraded to a 12-inch screen, is another convenient feature. Found in the gauge cluster, this allows you to track important F-150 information. Information, like tire pressure, trailer brake controller settings, and trailer connection status can be viewed right on this screen.

In fact, the F-150 allows you to program up to 10 different trailer profiles through the productivity screen.

Time to Tow in the F-150

As you’re driving the F-150, you’ll find another valuable tool located right near the driver’s seat. The highly important knob we’re referring to provides control over your trailer through the available Pro Trailer Backup Assist™. Once the system has been properly programmed, all you need to do is rotate the knob to the left or right, depending on which way you want to go.

You’ll be able to take advantage of up to a best-in-class 14,000 pounds of towing capacity in the F-150, as well as a best-in-class maximum payload of 3,325 pounds. Trailers, ATVs, and boats will be on their way to your destination, and they’ll get there in style.
