We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty with the quickly growing Coronavirus or COVID-19. Ourisman Tri-State Ford is making every effort to protect our employees and our customers. You are our number one priority. We have taken proactive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by:

  • Continually disinfecting all touched surfaces throughout the dealership (these include counter tops, desks, door handles, light switches, and restroom areas, etc)
  • We have instructed our staff to sanitize all rental vehicles, demonstrator and sales vehicles before and after use.
  • Hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap are available throughout the dealership
  • We are using protective steering wheel covers and covering all touch points on customer vehicles and instructed our staff to sanitize the vehicle before we deliver it back to our customers.
  • We have instructed our employees to stay home and seek medical attention if they are feeling sick, experience any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19.

Our team is still here to assist you with your vehicle needs, and we have implemented new sales and service processes that you may take advantage of from the comfort of your home, such as picking-up customer’s vehicles for service work. We will continue to monitor this situation and respond to changes as needed.

Please let our service appointment coordinator know that you would like to schedule a Pick-Up & Delivery Service appointment. There is no additional cost to use our Pick-Up & Delivery Service rather than coming into the dealership for service.
