A Powerful Ally

If you’ve driven a Ford before, then you know first-hand how powerful they are. The Ranger fits that bill in a number of ways. Starting underneath the hood, each trim comes with a 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 engine that produces 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a standard 10-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission.

When properly equipped, the Ford Ranger can tow up to 7,500 pounds and has a maximum payload capacity of 1,905 pounds. It also comes in SuperCab, SuperCrew, and Tremor SuperCrew cab styles.

When it comes to adventuring off-road, whether you’re taking on dirt roads, snow, or something else, the Ranger is up to the task. An available Terrain Management System™ with four selectable drive modes (Normal, Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud/Ruts, or Sand) means that nothing can stop you. When you pair any of those modes with optional Ford Trail Control™, set your desired speed, and the truck will handle the rest!
